Welcome
Mark Karnes, the President and CEO of Karnes Dyno-Rev Engines Inc., has developed a revolutionary internal combustion engine technology which, when compared to the current array of conventional engine technologies, represents a dramatic improvement in areas of performance, efficiency and environmental impact.
Karnes Dyno-Rev was formed in 2002 with goal of transforming the concept of this engine, which Mr. Karnes had been exploring for several years, into reality. The establishment of the corporation allowed him to acquire the capital that would permit him to focus all of his energy on the engine project. In the ensuing six years he and his team have refined the rough ideas into a proven concept and a working prototype that measures up to all of the original objectives.
The Dyno-Rev engine is a radical departure from currently available technologies. It consists of only four moving parts, is much smaller with respect to size and weight, more cost effective to manufacture and outperforms conventional engines in nearly all categories. Its application is universal. It can be adapted for use in the automotive, heavy equipment, recreational marine, locomotion, and aviation industries as well as for power generation. In short, the Dyno-Rev engine can be utilized anywhere there is a current need for conventional combustion engine technology. Karnes Dyno-Rev has developed two variations of this engine; a larger version for heavier-duty applications and a smaller version for lighter uses.
The most notable advancements that the Dyno-Rev offers are in the areas of fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, torque and power. While delivering comparable to favorable horsepower and torque, relative to current technologies, the Dyno-Rev engine will dramatically reduce both fuel consumption and waste emissions.
