Mark Karnes – President / CEO
Mr. Karnes attended Lindsey Wilson College with emphasis on business and computers. He has built, owned, operated and sold several thriving businesses. Mr. Karnes has worked on the repair and building of engines all of his life and continues to do so. Mr. Karnes developed the Dyno-Rev engine in 2001 after many years of experimentation and in January of 2002 received a patent pending relating to the Karnes Dyno-Rev Motor. Presently Mr. Karnes is the President and CEO of Karnes Dyno-Rev Engines Inc.
John Rarey – Vice President
John Rarey attended .Indiana University with emphasis on business administration. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army prior to his entering into the finance business. He worked as a loan officer with Peoples State Bank in Ellettville, IN, for approximatly ten (10) years. In 1982, Mr. Rarey began a printing business concentrating on business cards under the name of High-Tech Graphics of which he was the president and majority owner. He presently operates the manufacturing facility in Columbia, KY.
Rodney Karnes – Treasurer
Rodney L. Karnes is a licensed auctioneer based primarily in Kentucky having attended Nashville Auctioning School. He is also a certified agricultural appraiser. Mr. Karnes employment has included working for Houchens Market and an equipment operator for Gaddy Shamrock. Presently Mr. Karnes is an auctioneer for Bryants Realty and Auction in Columbia, KY.
Steve Bennett – Secretary
Steve Bennett attended Lindsey Wilson College and has worked extensively for IMO (elevator pump manufacturer) as a mechanic and as a machinist. In his work as a machinist he was involved in all types of welding, machine tool work, and other types of mechanical services which he acquired from several vocational institutions and other studies. After leaving IMO, Mr. Bennett then worked as a superintendant for Hall Houston Oil in the natural gas pipeline business. Presently Mr. Bennett is engaged in the sale and transportation of manufactured homes.
Anthony Hale-Director
Anthony Hale attended Lindsey Wilson College and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in computer drafting and computer manufacturing(CADCAM). Mr. Hale worked as a computer manager for Gaddie Shamrock in Columbia, KY and for Cox Interiors in Campbellsville, KY as a computer analysis tech. He has also owned, operated, and sold a fitness center in Columbia, KY. Presently, Mr. Hale deals in automobiles and motorcycle sales in Columbia, KY.
Steve Pawley-Director
Mr. Pawley is a resident of Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. Pawley attended and received a business managment associates degree from E-Town Community College. He is presently employed at Adventure Sports in Elizabethtown, KY and has had prior experience involving tool and dye business with Leggit and Platt. Mr. Pawley’s college emphasis was on electronics and engineering.
Dale McCloud-Director
Mr. McCloud attended Lindsey Wilson College and received an associates degree in business and economics and later attended Campbellsville University and Western Kentucky University. Mr. McCloud then served in the U.S. Army and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. After being honorably discharged Mr. McCloud began to work for General Electric and also for IMO Industries Inc. as an engineer for 17 to 18 years. As an engineer, he would deal with equipment and it’s operations. IMO is a maker of elevator motors. Presently Mr. McCloud is a local government official in Columbia, KY.
Daryl Arnold-Director
Mr. Arnold is a resident of Illinois he was a firefighter for 33 years 22 of those years serving as Captain and is now retired. He also owned and operated Dispo Inc. for 25 years and sold the business in 2004. Presently Mr. Arnold is President of Sensa beverage an energy drink company.
