Presenter: Mark Karnes
Discussion:15 minutes
Mark gives a short history of engines and explains how we are in an elite group of creators. Discussed the DEER Conference that was attended and the interest of foreign automakers. Mark informed the investors about the meetings with Purdue and Western University engineers and their interest in the project. Government grants or a Partnership were discussed and what that would do for the company to progress the testing of the technology. Greenpath represented by John Marcum was introduced to the investors as the marketing group that is working on getting us grants and/or a partnership.
Conclusions:Mark concludes that investors are our top priority as always and getting them the best return on their investment. Introduces John Marcum as the representative for Greenpath.

Discussion: 15 minutes
John discusses the major strides that the company has made on a shoe string budget and the progression of the company in a short period of time. John discussed that it was very important to keep information about the engine and company as private as possible so as not to disrupt or impede any potential for selling. John talked about the pace that the marketing is progressing and that we do not want to rush for fear of making any mistakes. The political aspect was brought forth and how it was important to have as many political connections as we possibly could to further our chances of getting grant money for the project.
